Albert Castiglia rocks the blues as he sings and p lays guitar with a team of Jerry Jemmott/b, Jim P ugh/key, Derrick D’Mar Martin/dr, Kid Andersen/g-key-b, Jon Otis/perc, Jack Sanford/bs Eddie Tarczy/harpsichord and Lisa Andersen/voc along with some cameo guests. Rick Estrin’s harmonica wails on the boogie-ing “What My Momma Told Me” and the gritty Chicago blues of “Come On In This House”. The team shuffles with some rollicking guitar on “Centerline” and two steps through “Till They Take It Away”. There’s even a dash of Nashville skyline presented foe “All Our Past Lives” while Anderson joins in for a swampy “You Can’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover”. Hues of blues.
