Dustin Arbuckle and the Damnations: Live At The Shamrock

Sounding like a  modern version of the Yardbirds, Dustin Arbuckle sings and plays harmonica with the blues-wailing Caleb Drummond/b and Kendal Newby/dr on this sweaty gig at the Shamrock Lounge in Wichita Kansas. The BBQ sauce is dry rub here, with some hot shuffling on “Tombstone Blues” and some howling harmonica on “ Sioux City Strut”. There’s a country-ish “My Baby Only Loves Me When I’m Bone” while a howling Chicago wind blows in on “Woman Down In Arkansas” and the chicka-booming “Across The Desert”. Were the hubcaps still on the car when you went back to your car?
