Dee’s rough and ready voice works weel on the boogie-ing take of Tom Waits’ “Temptation” while she slinks around the accordion on the mix of wedding polka and cajun on “Baby Be Strong”. Sapounzi shouts it out on the swampy title track, and Malleck blows a mean harp on the hard hitting “Miles To Go.” The team stomps like a chain gang with Deyman’s guitar on “Vodka Drinkin Woman” and the band boogaloos with abandon on “Walked Away” while getting dark on the echoey “Don’t Stop”.
