Smooth jazz is still with us, thanks to the likes of alto saxist Jeanett Harris, who burns the flame gently on this latest release. Her clean and polished tone is spotlighted on much of the material here, with support from synthetic percussion, as on the made-for-radio “Just Keep Holding On” or the machine made percussion on “Passing Time.” She mixes sax with flute on “The Ride” and “Muy Caliente,” while a pair of takes of the title track go with and without the R&Bish vocals delivered by Joel Bowers. Tasty and gentle as an after dinner mint.
