Lynne Fiddmont gives a soulful read of materials that work on upbeat messages on this album that rotates Andrew Ford/key-etc with a surfeit of guests including David Koz on tenor sax. Koz delivers a nice R&B mood to the optimistic “Power of Love” while Fiddmont gets into 70s soul for the happy “Walkin’ On Rainbows” and Broadwayish “”Go.” She gets wispy for an intimate read of “Lovin’ You” and gives the New Age anthem “Imagine” a thoughtful read with classical guitar. A lady with hope!
