His voice has a dash of the Talking Heads’ David Byrne, with a rough and ready feel to the title track, while his guitar work can take you to Chicago’s South Side on bluesy pieces like “And Left Us Along”, and “A Room With A View”, which also has Kostakes pounding the ivories. The rhythm teams shuffles with a deep groove on “Keep Rambling On” and “I’ll Be Outta My Mind” with some slithering guitar work on “Gotta Find My Way” and the strolling “So Tell Me”.
