The band The Young Fresh Fellows was an 80s band trying to mix various pop sounds of punk, new wave and The Modern Lovers into a whole new stew. This two disc set includes their debut album, featuring Chuck Carrol/g-voc, Tad Hutchison/dr, Scott McCaughey/b-p-g and varios guests. You get catchy pieces like “Rock and Roll Pest Control” and self conscious social pieces like “Think Better of Me” and “You Call That Lonely”. Catchy or kitchy?
