Mizz Lowe is not mizzing much on this mix of blues teaming up at times with Bobby Rush and a humming team of Brother Paul Brown/B3-keys-b-dr-g, Paul Black/slg and some cameo guests. She and Bobby are gritty as they chicka boom through “Honey Tree” and get chunky and funky on the title tune and Rush providing a harrowing harmonica on “ Take My Love”. Some ominous slide guitar work hovers around Lowe on”Easy Baby” and the church is not just for Sunday on the rich gospel’d “4 Leaf Clover”. This lady is a foot stomper!
