The tasty Croatian bluesrocking group Sunnysiders consists of the rough and defiant voice of Antonija Brgoc Rola along with a team of Boris Hrepic Hrepa/voc-g-b-harm, Luka Banic Bane/g, Mihael Vlah Miha/dr, Tornislav Novak Tomi/b and a mix and match collection of guests. The band mixes electric and acoustic guitars with some clever licks, with Rola drawing you in with her fierce delivery on “Shake and Shiver” and “Who Stole My Rainbow”. Bane sings, and and Tomi shines on the rich ballad “Love You At All” , and there’s some rich harmonica wailing on “Love Remote”. The team gets folksy on the title tune, and a horn section gives a Memphis swamp feel tune some of the tunes, such as “You Can’t Lose Your Friend”. STAX sounds from Croatia.
