The team gets fusion on a read of Bobby Watson’s “Fuller Love” with the team handling the tricky curves of “ Blue Fingers” with elan. There’s some nice blues mood, with Eagles bopping on “Lucy” and Pascal shuffling for McLean on “Mr. Bap”. And McLean working through some dark complexities for “The Pharoah”, sounding as lyrical as Stephane Grappelli with Dunachie on “Red”. Well woven strings.
