She gives a modal feel with Firth on “I’m In The mood For Love” and richly slows down a subdued read of “Let’s Get Lost”. Finck lines up with Purl on “Let Me Down Easy” , and Firth converses well with the leader on”Not While I’m Around”. Purl knows how to tell a story, talking right to you through “Live Alone and Like It” while sweet and encouraging for the title tune. Charming your socks off.
