Brothers Wilkins have Skip at the piano and Dan at the tenor sax along with bassist Tony Marino and drummer Bill Goodwin for some classy and swinging standards. Skips fingers are pretty and lyrical along with Marino on”Remind Me” and the lovely “It Was Never You”. The hip We’ll Meet Again” has Dan digging in with a rich tone, and he swings like Gene Kelly on “Dream Dancing.” A fraternal duet on “You’ll Always Be the One I Love” is sublime and suave, while the waltzing “Spring Isn’t Spring Anymore” has the quartet skate like Sonja Henie. Classic and timeless.
