Slobber Pup: Pole Axe

Do we need to Google the definition of “music” again? The band Slobber Pup, consisting of Joe Morris/g, Jamie Saft/org-key, Mats Gustafsson/sax and Balazs Pandi/dr might need a refresher course. There are three “songs” here, and if your idea of music is a) swirling and shouting baritone saxes, thunderous drums and screaming keyboards on the 4 minute “Incendiary Axe” b) Thrashing drums, guitar and drum distortion that makes “Iron Man” sound like a Beethoven Sonata along with spacey keyboard noodlings from “Forbidden Planet” and a tenor sax screaming like a tortured dog on the 29 minute “Pole Of Combustible Memory” or c)gurgling keyboards that sound like suffering dinosaurs caught in the La Brea Tar Pits and an acid trip of guitars and keyboards on th 17 minute “Bring Me My Desire And Arrows To Shoot” then you probably don’t need to read anything more on this web site and I suggest you get your music ideas from slasher films.
