He’s as kinetic as a barrel of MONK keys on the kinetic “You and Me” with Correa’s voice flying like a trapeze artist over the angular rhythms. Fun and frisky as a juggling act, Niggenkemper’s bass flies round Correa’s voice on “ Ecology” and plods along her bluesy hues as the leader plods along the piano during “Even If.” The team is funky, fun and frisky as they clown around on the rappish “Stop Telling Me” and the linger like a floating balloon with Carlberg’s piano on “Lullaby.” Bring your peanuts and popcorn!
