Jordan Officer delivers a rootsy and traditional album that mixes styles of folk, jazz, blues and country in a casual atmosphere. His voice and delivery style is folksy, warm and relaxed, displayed on gentle strums on “Young Love” and “Felt So Good” while also able to give a cozy rockabilly feel on “Dream of You and Me” and the honky tonking 2 stepper “One Handed Push Up.” Some ominous slide guitar creates sepia tones on “Where Has This Come From” and the bluesy “Found it All” while he tells vagabond stories throughout, particularly on the intimate “He’s Got It All.” Blue jean messages.
