You don’t get many singer-songwriters out of the present generation. Back in the 70s, you could have thrown a quarter in any direction on Sunset and Highland and would be guaranteed to hit one or two. Jeremy Nash is a throwback to the days of Jim Croce and Jackson Browne on this 11 song collection. He joins together with Jeff Fettigd/g, Dominic Fallacaro/key, Bryan Percival/b and Ray PRizzo/dr along with various guests. Jamie Bendell lends some nice vocals on the thoughtful “Reach Out For That Rope” and “Everything Is As It Seems” while Tommy Bohlen adds some Cumberland Gap on “It’s All Gone Now” and ”Waiting For The Fall.” His voice is earnest, the feel of the bands mixes 70s and modern indie, making for a bit of old soul in new jeans.
