Guitarist Frank Piombo keeps it smooth and soulful on this easy to digest collection of tunes. He displays a George Benson-inspired touch on the strings, and can use it for material such as the disco laden title track to the relaxed and mellow “Sogno D’Amore.” Latin percussion simmers on “Middle of the Night” and tropical funk is stirred on “Sunset Beach” while the jazziest tune is the hip little “Easin’ Up.” Laid back moments for the beach or late night dance.
